As a GP, I am deeply committed to leveraging my extensive knowledge and experience to enhance patient health outcomes. My focus is on actively listening to our patients and ensuring they have a positive and supportive experience when they visit our centre. Creating an environment where patients feel heard and valued is essential to providing exceptional care.
Central to achieving our vision of becoming an extraordinary medical centre is the hiring of staff who share this dedication to high-quality care. It is crucial to assemble a team that not only possesses the skills and expertise but also aligns with our commitment to excellence. With the right team in place, we will foster a culture of excellence that benefits both our patients and our practice.

Bachelor of Nursing (Level 7) Waikato Institute of Technology Ltd - 2012
Reflecting on my 12-year Nursing career, I've realized that my most valuable lessons have come from beyond the classroom, emergency ward, and general practice clinics. Life skills have significantly shaped both my personal and professional development.
True learning extends beyond diplomas, certificates, or master's degrees. It’s about applying that knowledge in meaningful ways. If we don't use our growth to help and support others, we miss the opportunity to foster a culture of shared excellence and ethical work practices.
My journey in nursing has taught me that the real essence of professional growth lies in our ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical support for those we serve. This approach not only enhances our skills but also creates a ripple effect, promoting better work ethics and collaborative development within our teams.
As I continue my career, my focus remains on utilizing my experiences to mentor and guide others, ensuring that the pathways we create together lead to improved patient care and professional fulfillment. By embracing continuous learning and compassionate care, we can collectively elevate the standards of our profession and make a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of our communities.
Paris Senior
Registered Nurse
Born and raised in Levin, I ventured to Whanganui to study nursing, where I gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings, including the Operating Theatre and Medical and Surgical Wards. After completing my studies, I returned to Levin to be closer to family. I am honored to be part of the Levin Family Health Team as a Practice Nurse, where I can contribute to the community that has always been home.
In my free time, I love hiking and traveling, exploring new places and enjoying the great outdoors. I also treasure the moments spent with my grandparents, who hold a special place in my heart. If I had to pick a meal to enjoy for the rest of my life, it would be my nan’s homemade corned beef with mustard sauce, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables—truly a comfort food that connects me to my roots.
Joining Levin Family Health allows me to apply my diverse healthcare experience while staying connected to my community. I am excited about the opportunity to provide compassionate care and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
